EXTERIOR HOUSE PAINTING

To scrape and sand by hand and by electric sanding machines all loose scaling and peeling of paints. Power wash and wash by hand, with TSP and bleach to remove any mold, mildew, dirt, dust, debris, etc. Clean and oil with wood preservative the entire wood gutter system to allow for proper drainage. Clean the entire aluminum gutter and downspout system to allow for proper drainage. Apply a first coat of exterior oil base primer tinted to the finish color. Caulk and putty where needed any windows, cracks, holes, voids and crevices etc. Apply a finish coat of acrylic finish paint to the entire home. Remove and polish door bells, door knockers, numbers, etc. Wash exterior panes of glass with window cleaner and paper towels. Clean the entire area where work has been performed. All materials and paint are supplied exclusively by the contractor
